📅 Minimum Rental Period
A minimum rental period of 3 days is required. This gives you more time to discover scenic drives, hidden beaches, and unforgettable experiences across the island.
🌙 After-Hours Drop-Offs
At this time, after-hours drop-offs are not available. If you require flexible return arrangements, please contact our support team — we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
⏰ Advance Reservations
To guarantee your preferred vehicle, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Early reservations ensure a smooth airport pickup at Sangster International Airport or your hotel.
🎂 Age Requirements
Drivers must be 23 years or older and under 75 years old to rent with us. Within this range, everyone is welcome to enjoy the freedom of driving through Jamaica.
🪪 Accepted Driver's Licenses
We accept valid Canadian, U.S., and International driver's licenses. If your license is not in the Roman alphabet, you must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) with your local license.
👥 Additional Drivers
One additional driver is included at no extra cost. A second driver can be added for USD $10 per day, with a maximum of two additional drivers per rental.
💳 Credit Cards & CDW
We accept all major credit cards. Many cards include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) — e.g. Mastercard World, Mastercard Business (USA), Mastercard Platinum & Gold (Canada), Visa Platinum & Gold. If your card doesn't include CDW, we offer affordable coverage options.
🏧 Debit Cards Welcome
We accept debit cards too. Please note the cardholder must be present and the card must be issued in the same name as the rental agreement.
⚖️ Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event of a disagreement, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, ensuring a balanced and transparent outcome.
🛡️ Full Coverage Policy
Our Full Coverage Insurance protects you from most damage or accidents. It does not cover tires, rims, windshields, or lost keys, nor incidents involving reckless or impaired driving. All other situations are covered.
